The hotel's location provided easy access to hot springs and local excursions. The staff was kind and helpful, making for a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with stunning lake views. the hotel offered a great onsen experience and beautiful scenery.

While the room was comfortable, some of the amenities weren't up to par. The hot water in the pot didn't stay warm for long, and the walk to the public bath was long and inconvenient.
